Guests at the Heiligenberg Forest Lodge enjoy our varied culinary offerings every day. From the lavish breakfast buffet to lunch, afternoon coffee and cake, and dinner – every dish is prepared and served with passion, care and great attention to detail.

Our lunch and dinner menus reflect the signature style of our cuisine. The focus is on regional and seasonal cuisine, with a menu that is revised every two months and developed with great care and culinary creativity. In addition, a vegan menu is naturally part of our offering, enriching the selection with a contemporary, delicious alternative. 

Our wines

Pure enjoyment for wine lovers

In the wine cellar of the Heiligenberg forest lodge, our guests will find a carefully curated selection of red and white wines from European vintners. In close collaboration with two local wine merchants, we have created a harmonious wine list that perfectly complements our cuisine and underscores the character of our dishes. We are also happy to present this selection as part of wine tastings or wine events and invite you to consciously experience wine and cuisine.

The wine selection is complemented by a fine selection of digestifs – from fruity fruit brandies to smooth grappa and aromatic gin to selected whiskies, which form a delightful conclusion to a meal.

Guests who prefer non-alcoholic beverages will also find a lovingly curated selection: in addition to juices and spritzers from the region, we also offer non-alcoholic sparkling wine and non-alcoholic wine to stylishly round off your dining experience.
